Beer Garden Work Signup

Smithville Park, Sunday April 21st

We have created this online system for your convenience in volunteering to help with the Beer Garden fundraiser at the County Earth Fair. We need your help! Below are the time periods we have set up. Take a look to see when you can jump in. Jobs will include ID Checking, beverage serving, T-Shirt sales, drink ticket sales, and membership advocacy. If you see a time period you can help, click on the blue link located in the box associated with that time slot. You will be prompted for your name and your work interest. Simply type it in, check a box (or two) and click Submit. If you are signing up with a buddy to work, please add only one name at a time. If your schedule changes and you need to drop out of a slot, PLEASE let us know so we can clear your name and open it up for someone else. You can send us an email at [email protected].

Smithville Park is located along Smithville Rd in Eastampton. Parking is on the North side of the park. Here are a couple links to help you get there. Map to the Park. Park Layout and Where We Will Be. Please note we are not in the same area this year. They have moved us up under a tent where all the activities will be.
