Unlike previous years (when we baked dozens upon dozens of cookies and delivered them to the Joint Base), this year the plan is to provide gift bags for the JBMDL dorm residents. JBMDL houses approximately 800 “dorm residents,” single Service Members who are fairly new to the military. For most of these young Service Members, this is their first holiday season away from home.

Operation Cookie Drop is a project of the Spouses of JBMDL Organization – a $15 donation provides one gift bag, which will include:

• $5 gift card
• Prepackaged cookie
• Package of hot cocoa
• Candy cane
• Holiday card
• Mug
• And most importantly, a message of support from our community members!
